We are urgently looking for qualified and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapy Aides (PT Aides) for our clinics in:
CENTRAL ISLIP
FARMINGDALE
QUALIFICATIONS:
For Physical Therapists (PTs):
- Must have a valid and active New York State PT License.
- Must have an active NPI Number.
- Must have New York State Workers’ Compensation Board (NYS WCB) Authorization.
For Physical Therapy Aides:
- Previous PT clinic experience is an advantage but not required for highly trainable applicants.
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a healthcare team.
