Attorney, Complex Commercial Litigation

(New York, NY) Represent international & dom. financial
inst., corps., directors & officers in matters incl. multijurisdictional civil
comm. litig., cross-border insolvency disputes, cross-border arbitrations.  Represent clients in interviews, depos, at
trial & in arb. hearings. Develop case strategies, evidentiary records.
Oversee doc. review & production in response to doc. requests & subpoenas.
Assist experts w/ preparation of expert reports. Examine witnesses, argue
motions & dispositive matters in court & in arb. hearings. Negotiate
settlement agr’s & assoc. docs. w/ opposing parties, prepare such docs. $310,000
per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign equiv., NY Bar, 2 yrs of exp. in position or 2
yrs. of alternate occupational exp. performing international finance litigation
