process. Negotiate & prepare settlement agr’s, assoc. docs. Prepare expert
repts. involv. technical, industry, damages experts. Prepare for mediation,
settlement negot., trial. Advise clients re: copyright-related issues &
risks. $260,000 per year. Req’mts:
JD or foreign equiv., NY Bar, 2 yrs. of exp. in position or 2 yrs. of alternate
occupational exp. performing complex copyright litigation advisory legal
