Positions:
- LPN – Pay Rate: $40 – $45 per hour
- RN – Pay Rate: $50 – $65/70 per hour
- CNA – Pay Rate – (Grad/Exp): $20 – $24 per hour
Benefits: Health Insurance after 90 days, 5 sick days per year, 1 week vacation offered after 1 year

- Proof of Vaccination

- NY State Photo ID
- Social Security card
- New York State CNA/LPN/RN license and registration
- Two Typed Professional Reference letters
- Physical exam in the last 10 months, PPD and MMR, varicella, Hep B, Drug screening lab works
- School diploma or completion
- CPR /BCLS Card (Optional)
