Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Commercial Sales Representative to identify and close deals with hotels, restaurants, luxury buildings, office spaces, and event venues. This role is 100% commission-based, offering exceptional earning potential for those with strong business connections and a passion for sales.
As an independent sales professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with commercial clients who need custom upholstery, furniture solutions, and cleaning services. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely and in the field, leveraging your network and sales expertise to maximize your earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Outreach: Identify and connect with decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, and luxury properties. Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, designers, property managers, and business owners. Sales Presentations: Showcase our custom upholstery, furniture solutions, and professional cleaning services to commercial clients. Lead Negotiations & Closing Deals: Secure contracts for custom furniture projects, upholstery services, and high-end cleaning solutions. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and build a portfolio of recurring clients. Collaborate with Our Team: Work with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to your clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, commercial interiors, hospitality, or luxury services (preferred but not required). Strong network and connections in the hotel, restaurant, real estate, or corporate sectors are a major plus! Highly motivated, self-driven, and confident negotiator with a track record of closing deals. Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can confidently pitch our services to high-end clients. Comfortable with commission-based earnings and uncapped potential. Familiarity with interior design, hospitality services, or commercial cleaning is a bonus.
