Requirements:
- RN/NP
license: State of NY; valid and unrestricted - For
RN’s-1 year of hands-on clinical nursing experience minimum; experience
working with the geriatric population and/or community health preferred. - For
NP’s-two years of geriatric/community health hands-on clinical experience
and clinical supervision - Must
be proficient on a computer/laptop. - For
RN’s-Current Driver’s license with a car available (Mileage reimbursed) or
able to use public transportation (Fare reimbursement) - Ability
to be self-directed and work independently.
